Trimethylolpropane trioleate (TMPTO), molecular formula: CH3CH2C(CH2OOCC17H33)3, CAS No.: 57675-44-2. It is a colorless or yellow transparent liquid.
TMPTO has excellent lubrication performance, high viscosity index, good fire resistance and the biodegradation rate is more than 90%. It is a ideal base oil for 46 # and 68 # synthetic ester type fire resistance hydraulic oil; It can be used for the deployment of environmental protection requirements of hydraulic oil, chain saw oil and water yacht engine oil; Used as oiliness agent in cold rolling liquid of steel plate, drawing oil of steel tube, cutting oil, release agent and widely used in other metal working fluid. It can also be used as intermediate of textile leather auxiliaries and spinning oil.
