Lubricant BS04 is a castor oil polyester compound that can be used as a lubricating additive in water-based metalworking fluids. It has a certain degree of self emulsification and is easily emulsified in the presence of a small amount of alkali. It is easy to add to water-based formula systems and has good hydrolysis stability. The strong polarity of the structure gives it good lubrication performance, and it is recommended for cutting and rolling aluminum.

APPLICATION
It can be widely used in emulsions, microemulsions, and fully synthetic metalworking fluids, providing good lubrication performance, especially suitable for rolling oil, emulsions, and semi synthetic cutting fluids in aluminum processing.
Recommended dosage: 3-8%. Customers can also make flexible adjustments according to their own formula requirements.
